HR/ Payroll Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR/ Payroll Administrator with 5 years of experience in payroll. This is a temp to perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Manage the new hire orientation process, including the setup of new employees in the payroll processing system (Paycom) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee vacation and sick day accruals and usage.
  • Serve as the point person for conducting background checks for potential drivers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant data to facilitate precise payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of employee data into the payroll system.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies with a high level of professionalism.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Paycom is a plus
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar payroll position
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $33-38/hr


Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
