- Generate and process lease renewal offers for rent-regulated residential properties.
- Enter new lease information into the Yardi Voyager system, received from remote offices, for approximately 4,000 units.
- Post rents, resolve payment exceptions, and manage tenant payments through lockbox software.
- Handle tenant inquiries and correspondences related to lease or account matters, including balance inquiries, early terminations, lease assignments, succession cases, and rent negotiations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant calls and ensuring timely communication regarding lease or rent-related matters.
- Stay informed and compliant with rent stabilization laws, particularly in lease renewals and initial rent calculations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on any other projects or administrative tasks deemed necessary.
- Support the financial department with posting payments, managing lease exceptions, and addressing discrepancies.
- Must be proficient with YARDI software
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative role, preferably Real Estate
