Leasing Admin LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Admin with 3 years of experience in a similar Real Estate role. This is a great Direct Hire position for someone with previous experience handling rent stabilization laws and lease renewals, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process lease renewal offers for rent-regulated residential properties.
  • Enter new lease information into the Yardi Voyager system, received from remote offices, for approximately 4,000 units.
  • Post rents, resolve payment exceptions, and manage tenant payments through lockbox software.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and correspondences related to lease or account matters, including balance inquiries, early terminations, lease assignments, succession cases, and rent negotiations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant calls and ensuring timely communication regarding lease or rent-related matters.
  • Stay informed and compliant with rent stabilization laws, particularly in lease renewals and initial rent calculations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on any other projects or administrative tasks deemed necessary.
  • Support the financial department with posting payments, managing lease exceptions, and addressing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient with YARDI software
Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative role, preferably Real Estate
