• Manage various projects, communicating with agency personnel, as well as outside vendors
• Generate and issue purchase orders based on production requirements and customer specifications.
• Ensure all purchase orders are accurately documented and adhere to company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, including status updates and delivery timelines.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor the progress of orders from creation to receipt.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle and record incoming deliveries daily, tracking purchases for warehouse supplies
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components..
• Work closely with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and minimize costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules accordingly.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office- Excel
