LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time job in Manhattan, New York. This is an excellent Temp to Perm opportunity for those with previous experience working alongside a sales or marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to enhance daily workflows and support firmwide marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the creation, coordination, and implementation of marketing content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assist in managing the development and timely delivery of marketing communications, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, records, and internal documentation on a regular basis.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar activities for the marketing team, including conflict resolution and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant materials ahead of scheduled sessions.
- Document and distribute meeting notes, ensuring prompt follow-up and accurate recordkeeping.
- Organize and archive meeting assets—such as recordings and transcripts—using cloud-based systems.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management for marketing department supplies.
- Process departmental expense reports, time entries, vendor contracts, and invoices with precision and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact at the New York office, professionally handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining a courteous and professional representation of the firm.
- Manage incoming mail and packages, including sorting and internal distribution. Coordinate express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and oversee outgoing mail and courier arrangements.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of previous experience in Events, Office Management and Marketing
- Proficient in CRM
