Payroll Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator with 5 years of experience in processing payroll. This is a contract to hire role, located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner using Paycom
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and overtime calculations for all employees.
  • Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee information, including deductions, garnishments, and time-off accruals.
  • Accurately process and manage the organization’s payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management, including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during payroll audits, providing necessary documentation and explanation
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Paycom
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar Payroll position
Worksite: Onsite

Salary: $38-41/hr


Pay Details: $38.00 to $41.00 per hour
