• Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies and procurement plans for international products.
• Offer insights into sourcing policies to streamline and enhance procurement efficiency.
• Partner with the Production Team to collect and communicate feedback on product designs.
• Evaluate the feasibility of designs by considering aesthetics, functionality, production costs, and manufacturing methods.
• Maintain open communication with international offices and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and adherence to timelines.
• Assist in creating detailed design specifications for international suppliers.
• Help refine product designs to meet customer needs, production limitations, and current market trends.
• Research and analyze trends in textiles, colors, design techniques, and styles.
• Support the integration of innovative techniques to improve product development and technical specifications.
• Support in setting pricing structures with vendors and factories to meet targeted gross margins.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors to facilitate efficient sourcing and procurement processes.
• Monitor industry trends that may impact production costs and sourcing decisions.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to uphold the company’s product quality standards.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed established quality benchmarks.
• Assist the Import Department in ensuring accurate and timely shipment documentation.
• Support cost control efforts related to imports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Extensive knowledge with Excel- Formulas, Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of QuickBase is a plus!

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Procurement/Sourcing
