We are working on an exciting position.
This role is responsible for overseeing cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on daily cash movement operations. The Treasury Manager will manage banking relationships, ensure liquidity for operations, and implement best practices in treasury operations. This position requires independent judgment and a proactive approach to financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Functions
Monitor and review daily cash and investment account transactions
Execute daily cash positioning and inter-account transfers
Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements
Manage lines of credit and ensure compliance with terms
Maintain banking access and authority documentation
Coordinate monthly ACH payments and manage electronic banking systems
Review bank reconciliations
Petty Cash & Resident Accounts
Oversee petty cash and household account activities
Maintain systems for managing resident personal allowance funds
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Prepare monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Cash Receipts
Ensure timely and accurate deposits to correct entities
Oversee cash collection processes and maintain batch control logs
Manage government payment tracking and client account allocations
Coordinate benefit payments and disbursements
General Accounting – Investments
Prepare documentation for investment activity and reconciliations
Track payments and intercompany transactions
Support external audits with relevant documentation
Identify and implement process improvements
Other Responsibilities
Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures
Conduct periodic reviews of banking relationships
Stay current on cash management trends and technologies
Perform special projects as assigned
Collaborate with program management to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of treasury or cash management experience, preferably in services or nonprofit sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general ledger/banking systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
