LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a midsize family owned company near Manilla, IN looking for a Director of Accounting. This role is open due to growth and will be accounting focused, with a clear path upward. Audit experience with a CPA is ideal here.

Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting

· Month/Year End

· Staff Supervision

· Reconciliations

· Ensure GAAP Compliance

· Journal Entries

· GL Maintenance

· Some assistance with M&A

· Some assistance with technical accounting

Qualifications:

· 8+ years’ progressive accounting experience

· Bachelors in accounting

· Public accounting foundation required

· CPA required
