LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company located in south Arlington, TX. This role offers a competitive pay range of $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.

We’re looking for a collaborative team player with a strong background in high-volume cash applications, payment posting, and Excel proficiency. If you have a keen eye for detail and a solid foundation in Accounts Receivable, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume payment postings accurately and efficiently

• Perform cash application duties and reconcile check batches

• Maintain and organize accounts receivable files

• Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience

• Proven experience with cash applications

• Strong communication skills for professional vendor interactions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
