Responsibilities:

• Direct construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedule, and organizational financial objectives

• This position demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects

• Oversee the construction of an industrial warehouse project from inception to completion

• Manage facilities maintenance once construction is complete

• Oversee the development of project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets

• Monitor project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports to ensure projects remain on track

• Propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 5 years of senior management experience

• Strong understanding of construction processes, operations, and industry standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• PM certification or equivalent is a plus.

• Onsite, M-F, 8-5

• Pay: $130,000-150,000 annually

• Type: Direct Hire
