Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace and telecommunications industries

  • Act as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to assure all aspects of the customer experience is handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry and Inventory Planning

  • Responsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing and technical inquiries.

  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

  • Work as a liaison between sales, manufacturing and shipping on a daily basis.

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, keeping records of customer interactions and running reports

Requirements:

  • BA or BS Degree Preferred but not required

  • 5yrs experience

  • Technical competencies for dealing with automotive mechanical parts

  • Experience with fasteners or similar related products and industries

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with Inside and Outside Sales Team to assure 100% customer satisfaction

  • Advanced Proficiency needed in Large ERP or MES

  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel



Pay Details: $73,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
