LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Digital & Social Media Communications Specialist for a 6 month contract position that could extend in Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN. This is for a medical equipment manufacturing with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Strategists to create, edit, and route social content for approval (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal).

• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).

• Conduct daily social listening using Talkwalker; refine and manage listening topics to reduce noise.

• Refresh and update Talkwalker reports; extract actionable insights for internal teams.

• Ensure video uploads meet strategic guidelines: correct descriptions, tags, titles, and playlist placement.

• Participate in webpage migration activities (e.g., metadata, formatting, image updates).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, or related fields.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprinklr preferred) and social listening platforms (Talkwalker a plus).

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTMs, and basic SEO practices.

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical, healthcare, finance) is a strong plus.
