Job Title: Branch Administrative Assistan

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Type: Contract, April 30 - August 18, 2025

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00

Position Summary:

The Branch Administrative Assistant III plays a key role in supporting the branch office by performing a wide

range of administrative duties. The position involves a combination of clerical tasks, customer service, and

assisting the Branch Manager and other team members. The role requires intermittent to low supervision and

includes performing various administrative functions such as preparing reports, handling information

requests, ordering supplies, and supporting office operations.

Essential Functions:

• Provide high-level clerical assistance to Processors, including handling special projects and

compiling basic reports.

• Order and manage necessary documents such as insurance, condo certificates, appraisals, and

title/escrow documents.

• Complete loan file audits and reconcile files for accuracy and completeness.

• Print, mail, and manage disclosure documents.

• Coordinate with escrow companies to track and follow up on trailing items.

• Monitor, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies related to appraisal and credit report invoices.

• Assist Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager as needed.

• Handle incoming calls and provide responsive, courteous service to customers.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Manage office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and order supplies.

• Work with IT helpdesk to troubleshoot basic office technology issues.

• Perform general clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, and filing.

• Maintain a tidy office space, including light cleaning and organizing.

• Compose, type, and distribute correspondence and memos.

• Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, preparing agendas and facilities.

• Create and update forms for improved workflow efficiency.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative assistant

role.

• Previous experience in mortgage lending, finance, or a similar field is strongly preferred.

• Experience with loan processing or origination is helpful.

• Strong typing skills (60-70 wpm).

• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

• High level of diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Ethical and committed to upholding company values.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
