Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Marana, AZ. This onsite role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly reporting. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals. Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and models to support long-term planning and investment strategies.
- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis on budgeted vs. actual results, providing explanations for discrepancies and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
