• Process high-volume payroll accurately and on time
• Prepare and post journal entries related to payroll
• Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employee
• Perform payroll-related account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage and update federal and state tax exemptions and deductions
• Collaborate with accounting and HR teams on payroll adjustments and reporting
• Utilize ADP (or similar system) to process payroll
• Leverage Excel to track, audit, and analyze payroll data

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume
• Accounting experience and familiarity with payroll journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups a plus)
• Experience with ADP payroll systems required
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
