Supply Chain Supervisor

LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
Lead a team of coordinators including monitoring KPIs and annual reviews
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery levels
Lead and manage inventory management
Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Create and implement SOPs
Create POs and Invoices
Prepare documentation and departmental reports
Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain
ERP experience (Netsuite a plus)
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
