LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. This is a HYBRID opportunity.

The primary responsibilities for this role include

• Lead a team of coordinators including monitoring KPIs and annual reviews

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery levels

• Lead and manage inventory management

• Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders

• Create and implement SOPs

• Create POs and Invoices

• Prepare documentation and departmental reports

• Additional duties as needed

The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain

• ERP experience (Netsuite a plus)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
