We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join one of our clients in Marietta. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits Administration & Compensation:

  • Partner with the HR Manager to administer various employee benefits programs, such as group Health Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental Insurance, Vision, Accident and Disability, Life, 401(K), and Wellness Benefits.

  • Correspond with benefit providers to ensure accurate eligibility, entries, and enrollment information; communicate updates and process life status changes.

  • Assist employees with benefits claim issues and plan changes.

  • Support the annual open enrollment process and distribute enrollment materials based on eligibility.

  • Administer employee compensation programs, ensuring salaries remain competitive with industry standards.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles.

  • Compose official offer letters.

  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Payroll & Reporting:

  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Accurately process and administer semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with the payroll vendor to ensure accurate deductions for benefits and other contributions.

  • Maintain HRIS, prepare and submit regular reports, dashboards, and keep the organizational chart updated.

  • Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Stay current on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.

  • Assist with immigration filings in collaboration with external legal counsel.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

  • Respond to employment verifications, unemployment claims, and other official requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or related role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
