LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a Finance Product Manufacturing company in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring orders are packaged and shipped efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate closely with the Order Coordinator, Quality Lead, and Deployment Team to meet shipping deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Receive and log new orders into the system, marking them as received by the Deployment Department.
Order Assignment: Direct orders to the appropriate processing departments (such as production, inventory, or tech centers).
Order Fulfillment: Finalize Manufacturing and Sales Orders, prepare them for shipment by attaching the correct equipment using serial numbers.
Preparation: Select and organize accessories and collateral needed for each order.
Packaging: Securely package all materials, ensuring completeness and readiness for Final Quality Assurance and shipping.
Shipping: Create outbound and return shipping labels using Ship Center, and confirm shipment methods and addresses.
Inventory Management: Keep the Deployment inventory organized and work areas clean.
Additional Tasks: Assemble kits, fold shipping boxes, and perform other duties as assigned by the Deployment Manager.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Methodical and thorough in task execution.
Motivation: Demonstrates a high level of urgency and enthusiasm.
Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing conditions and needs in a fast-paced environment.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintains strong safety practices and a clean work environment.
Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Commitment: Passionate about delivering quality work that meets safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in a warehouse setting. Experience in an encryption environment is a plus.
Technical Skills: Competent in PC operations and clerical tasks for equipment status updates.
Flexibility: Open to being cross-trained in shipping responsibilities.
