Job Title: Construction Administrative

Location: Martinez, CA
Pay: $22-25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Construction Administrative to join our team in Martinez, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be proficient in managing records, client communications, and proposal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of inventories, client directories, and proposals.

  • Handle all new client inquiries, client registration, and project file reviews.

  • Draft construction intake write-ups, bid proposals, and repair proposals.

  • Manage the entire proposal file inventory.

  • Conduct client follow-ups.

  • Screen and forward calls from the mainline.

  • Create and organize customer files.

Software Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

  • G-Drive: Google Sheets

  • Adobe Reader

  • Bluebeam Revu

  • Other Programs/Websites:

    • Procure

    • ISQFT

    • Smartbid

    • Helioscope

    • BuildingConnected

    • DropBox

    • AutoCAD (a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in the listed software and programs.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
