LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our client located in Maryville, TN. This role supports both inside sales and warehouse operations, playing a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Maryville, TN
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Position Type: Temporary (3+ months), On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and identify product needs
Source parts, create quotes, and confirm pricing and lead times with vendors
Process and review purchase orders; coordinate with internal teams
Resolve customer issues (e.g., mis-shipments, lost/damaged parts)
Track shipments, provide ETAs, and maintain order status spreadsheets
Follow up on invoices and collaborate with Accounting and Operations
Maintain customer records and update portals
Generate reports and handle administrative tasks as needed
Receive, catalog, and prepare shipments
Track inbound/outbound deliveries and manage warehouse issues
Qualifications:
Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in construction, project, or service industries is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
