LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join our client located in Maryville, TN. This role supports both inside sales and the warehouse department, playing a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction.

• Location: Maryville, TN

• Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

• Position Type: Temporary with potential for hire

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and identify product needs.

• Create quotes, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Handle issues such as mis-shipments, delays, and customer complaints.

• Track shipments, update ETA and order status spreadsheets.

• Support invoicing and work with accounting on billing issues.

• Receive, catalog, and prepare shipments; manage warehouse inventory and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in construction, project, or service industries is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
