LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join our client located in Maryville, TN. This role supports both inside sales and the warehouse department, playing a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Maryville, TN
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
Position Type: Temporary with potential for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and identify product needs.
Create quotes, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle issues such as mis-shipments, delays, and customer complaints.
Track shipments, update ETA and order status spreadsheets.
Support invoicing and work with accounting on billing issues.
Receive, catalog, and prepare shipments; manage warehouse inventory and documentation.
Qualifications:
Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in construction, project, or service industries is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
