About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Document Processing Specialist for our client in Mason, Ohio. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of documentation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, review, and manage a high volume of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic document files.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the timely processing of documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Handle document retrieval requests and provide support for audits as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in document processing or a related field is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in document management or administration is a plus.
