Job Description:
LHH Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our client’s team in Mason, Ohio. This role is focused on full cycle recruiting and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a proven track record in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely and effective recruitment solutions.
Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
