LHH Recruitment Solutions for a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be tasked to find and hire top talent. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems

  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs


What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organization


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices

Additional Information:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

  • Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, 401k.

  • Must be able to go on site up to 2 times a quarter.

    • The corporate office is in Southern Illinois.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
