LHH is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team remotely, working Hawaii hours. This role involves analyzing financial data and providing insights to support our company's strategic decisions.

The Financial Analyst will support the team by preparing complex financial trend and data analysis reports, ensuring data integrity, and producing and analyzing reports. This role is critical in managing and analyzing monetary resources and affairs within the organization, contributing to the planning and development of budgets, and participating in projects of moderate complexity.

• Location: Fully Remote

• Shift: Day, 8am - 5pm HST

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex financial trend and data analysis reports.

• Coordinate, compile, and distribute financial data.

• Perform financial analysis upon identification of variances and prepare summaries of key findings.

• Participate in the planning and development of regional, departmental, and/or functional budgets.

• Manage and analyze monetary resources and affairs within the organization.

• Conduct technical accounting research as needed.

• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Update and collect business unit reporting packages and help prepare ad hoc financial reporting as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance-related field or 4 years of directly related experience.

• 2+ years of related experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

• Strong analytical skills in financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.

• Proficiency with data management and reporting.

• Strong communication skills to foster effective teamwork and communicate financial terms/data with non-financial leaders.

• Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office Suite.

• Systems Knowledge Preferred: Oracle, PeopleSoft, IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Strata.
