Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our client’s company. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer orders and ensuring a smooth process from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Order Management: Process incoming customer orders accurately and promptly through our system while ensuring all details are correctly documented.


  2. Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of orders, keeping customers informed about their order's progress and anticipated delivery dates.


  3. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments such as sales, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.


  4. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, addressing inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.


  5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents.


  6. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues related to inventory, pricing, or delivery schedules in a timely manner.


  7. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements before dispatch.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in order processing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.


  • Proficiency in using order management software or systems.


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


  • Knowledge of furniture products and materials is a plus.

  • Employment type: Contract to Hire


  • Compensation: $19-22/hr


  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
