Seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Procore, strong multitasking abilities, and a background in carpentry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Utilize Procore and other project management software to track progress and manage tasks.
- Collaborate with estimators, field operations, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling work.
- Proficiency in Procore and other project management software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes.
- Carpentry experience preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Full health package (health, dental, vision) with 100% coverage for employees.
- 401K with a 4% match.
- Vacation starting at two weeks, negotiable based on experience.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
