Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Procore, strong multitasking abilities, and a background in carpentry.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Utilize Procore and other project management software to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Collaborate with estimators, field operations, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling work.
  • Proficiency in Procore and other project management software.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes.
  • Carpentry experience preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
