LHH has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Medina. This is a contract role that offers that offers the chance to be hired in upon completion.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist can expect to be working in a fast paced and on-site environment, conducting interviews as well as handling all steps of the hiring process. Simply click the “apply now” to get started!



Responsibilities:

  • Usage of an applicant tracking system in addition to hiring tools such as Indeed and Career Builder
  • Conducting multiple interviews each day for a multiple plants
  • Extending job offers and negotiating salaries
  • Working with the HR team to conduct the Onboarding Process
  • Following and analyzing background check and drug testing results


Qualifications:
  • Past recruiting experience is a must

Skills:
  • A high level of proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems as well as other general computer programs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Experience:
  • Two years of prior experience

Employment Type:
  • Contract (indefinite)

Compensation:
  • $27.00 to $29.00 per hour

Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
