LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and hard-working Administrative Assistant to support a company in Melbourne, FL This position is ideal for an experienced assistant who has previously supported C-Level Executives and has high touch customer service. Responsibilities:



  • Assist in planning events and managing corporate teams schedules


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize files.


  • Handel critical task such as sorting mail, preparing invoices


  • Provide general administrative support to corporate team and office staff


  • Prepare reports, documents and correspondence for corporate team and supporting staff


Experience



  • Associate's Degree preferred, but not required


  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment


Skills:



  • Strong communication skills


  • Highly proficient in MS Excel


  • Excellent organizational time and management skills


  • Values professionalism


Work Type:



  • Onsite, Full Time


  • Contract to hire


  • Compensation: $18-$21 per hour

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Amber Mullins
