LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department, with a particular focus on recruitment, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role is a contract to hire opportunity and will be fully in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates.

  • Coordinate and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.

  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.

  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and physical.

  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including onboarding documents.

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and employee handbooks.

  • Manage and track employee training and development records.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support the HR team in employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and documentation preferred.

  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 9:00am-5:00pm
