Order Entry Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist with 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Melville, New York for candidates in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders received via phone, email, or online platforms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enter order details into the company’s order management system, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, shipping, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to customer expectations.
  • Track and follow up on backordered or delayed products, informing customers of updates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order history in the database.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to order status, customer service metrics, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or SAP
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer/Account Coordinator role, or similar role
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Salary: $23-24/hr


Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
