CSR Manager
LHH Recruit Solution is seeking a CSR Manager in the Memphis area. This role oversees all CSR staff in directing operations, quality, safety, account management, and managing and developing the team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the work of the office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems
Provide employees guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or resolving escalated complaints or disputes
Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards with management
Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided
Attend meetings as required to help determine and achieve customer service requirements
Exceed target sales for the company on a consistent basis
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and take corrective action for any violations
Manage special projects for Service that could include ERP, CRM, rollouts
Lead team to provide exceptional technical support to our client
Requirements:
5+ years of Customer Service in fast-paced environments
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service environment
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, a CRM system, and an ERP system; Ex. With EDI a plus!
Demonstrate enthusiasm and drive while handling customer questions, complaints and inquiries
Promote positive customer service techniques, programs throughout the organization
Details: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Pay: $52k-$58k; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
