Financial Associate V

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a financial professional and well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy environment. This team is tasked with strategic thinking, building connections, and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias toward action. The perfect candidate will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, and innovation, contributing to business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets and multi-year plans, and support ad hoc strategic projects, to deliver business analytics and insights.

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.

• Review and approve bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.

• Assist with senior management business and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams, to drive scalable analyses and insights.

• Influence business partners by providing proactive suggestions and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Review monthly reports, trends, and metrics with business partners, and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Ensure and maintain forecast data accuracy and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent

• 5+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience

• Analytical and modeling skills experience

• Experience with financial statement analysis and knowledge of corporate finance concepts

• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated the ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision.

• Experience with Hyperion EPM/Essbase (or equivalent)

• Advanced skills in Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle Financials, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase

• Advanced skills in SQL, visual reporting/dashboarding such as Tableau
