Job Title: Internal Auditor III
Pay Rate: $63.37/hour
Location: Remote (No Time Zone Preference)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Auditor III to support complex audits across privacy, technology, and regulatory domains. This fully remote role offers flexibility with no time zone limitations and the chance to drive meaningful impact through technology-enhanced auditing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will play a key role in enhancing audit processes, evaluating internal controls, and helping ensure regulatory compliance.


πŸ› οΈ Responsibilities

  • Execute audits, analyze findings, and document results with clear support for conclusions.

  • Draft audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Assess internal controls within complex, proprietary systems for both design and operational effectiveness.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and support audit testing.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


πŸ“Œ Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in internal audit or consulting, focusing on Privacy, Technology, Information Security, AI, or related areas.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or Engineering.

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with SQL and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Experience conducting audits in areas like cybersecurity, data privacy, or third-party risk management.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent priorities.


🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using data analytics or AI to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with complex technology platforms and emerging tech.

  • Holds certifications such as CIA, CISA, CIPP, CISSP, CRISC, CDPSE, PMP, or Six Sigma.

  • Comfortable interacting with engineering and product development teams.

  • Ability to automate audit processes and leverage innovative techniques.



Pay Details: $63.00 to $63.37 per hour
