LHH has partnered with a company in search of an HR Manager. This person needs to have the full scope of HR Generalist experience as well as experience leading a team. The ability to take initiative and be independent in their HR problem solving skills.
What you will do:
Full scope of HR including:
Onboarding, offboarding and recruitment
HR compliance
Polices/Procedures
LOA
Benefits
Assistant with payroll
Employee relations
Employee engagement/recognition
What you need:
Applicant comfortable with being sole HR in a company
At least 5 years of experinece in the full scope of HR
Bachelor's degree
Experience leading a team
Retail experience is a plus
Other:
Hybrid role-very flexible
$80k-$95k
