Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Merion Station, PA
Type: Full-time, On-site preferred; Flexible WFH schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Reports to: President, CFO
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR expert for the organization, providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Oversee all aspects of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor HR staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Utilize ADP Workforce Now software for HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR management roles.
Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
