Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction company in Mesa. This company is in search of an administrative assistant to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is between $19/hr-$22/hr.


As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the office and the success of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Manage and organize office files, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other paperwork for project managers and team members.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (such as invoicing and tracking expenses).
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure that the office runs smoothly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry (but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
