Call Center Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Mesa who is in search of a full time call center representative to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm, and requires you to be fully onsite for the first two months for training. After training, you will be allowed to work from home one day a week.

This is a fully in-office position with two available shift options, both Monday through Friday. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, assist customers with payments, create and manage dispute cases, and provide general account support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Create and track dispute cases for billing or service issues
  • Provide general information and support related to accounts or services
  • Document call activity and case details in the system
  • Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to pass a federal background and drug screening

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
