LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a call center representative to join their team on a full time basis. This job has a schedule of Monday-Friday 6am-3pm and is fully onsite for the first 90 days. The hourly rate is $20/hr
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone and email. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and order statuses
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution
- Document interactions clearly in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer and typing skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
