Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction and response time
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
