LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Mesa, who is in search of a full time HR Generalist. This role is Monday-Friday, with flexible hours. This position is fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have a few years of HR experience, with an emphasis on recruiting, as well as some hands on experience with ADP.
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s HR initiatives and managing day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR processes, be proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries about benefits
- Handle employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and corrective actions
- Organize and facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives
- Manage time-off requests, leave of absence programs, and other HR-related administrative duties
- Provide general HR support and act as a resource for employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, with a broad understanding of HR functions
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $74,000.00 per year
