LHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Mesa. This business is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR practices, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to handle a variety of HR duties with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist in recruitment and hiring efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
