Mail and Data Entry Clerk
LHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail and Data Entry Clerk to join a well-established company in Mesa, AZ. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and contribute to essential administrative operations. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and ensure timely dispatch
- Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa office
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
