$17.00 - $17.00 per Hour
- Taking phone calls and scheduling patients for appointments using multiple systems simultaneously
- Data base management, answering phone for patient inquiries and questions
- Communicate with patients, providers, staff, and family members
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with peers, staff, and physicians
- Cross-coverage as needed
- Prior experience in Medical Scheduling and working EMR systems
- Experience in customer service or phone setting within the healthcare field
- Experience in MS Suite, with ability to learn systems quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and adaptable to adjust to rapid changes
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively, present self professionally and are reliable in work ethic
- Highly detailed, organized and sense of urgency
