A client is seeking a CRM Specialist to support its customer engagement and retention efforts. This role is responsible for executing and managing CRM campaigns, leveraging customer data to drive performance, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
Execute and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email and SMS, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign content, coordinate asset creation, and manage deployment timelines.
Maintain and segment customer lists using behavioral, demographic, and engagement data to improve targeting and personalization.
Build and optimize marketing automations and workflows to support customer lifecycle initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing on key campaign elements such as subject lines, content layout, and CTAs to drive performance improvements.
Monitor campaign metrics and generate performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain best practices in email and CRM marketing.
Support internal stakeholders by leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
Communicate project updates, respond to cross-functional inquiries promptly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
Experience with drip campaigns and marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization.
Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CRM certifications (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite) are a plus.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
