LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity in the Miami area. Our client’s firm is known for its commitment to excellence and providing high-quality legal services to their clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate law and be capable of managing complex transactions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and review of commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents. Conduct title and survey reviews and coordinate due diligence processes
- Draft and manage closing documents and coordinate closings
- Maintain and organize real estate files and records
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review title commitments and surveys
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. Large law firm experience highly preferred for this role
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
- Notary License
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and legal procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
