LHH is partnering with a respected law firm that is looking to bring on a Project Attorney to support their Financial Services Litigation Team. This is a 100% remote role, though occasional in-office presence (1–2 times/month) in Miami, FL is preferred. While this project role could transition to a permanent position, please note there is no partnership track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting pleadings and motions

• Attending court calls

• Engaging in settlement negotiations

• Managing case files, monitoring deadlines, and updating clients

• Collaborating with attorneys and staff on financial services litigation matters

No trial or financial services experience required — full training and guidance will be provided, including client protocols.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (active and in good standing)

• Comfortable working independently and managing a litigation docket

• Skilled in legal writing, case management, and courtroom procedure

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills
