LHH is seeking licensed contract attorneys fluent in Spanish to join an exciting, fully remote legal project. If you have a background in financial services and a passion for collaborative work, this is a great opportunity to make an impact from wherever you are.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex legal issues related to consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, and credit card products

• Draft and review investigative reports along with supporting documentation

• Collaborate closely with team leads and project managers to drive investigations forward

• Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis on financial and regulatory matters

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in both English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For:

• Active U.S. law license and a J.D. from an accredited law school

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Experience in consumer finance law, particularly mortgage servicing/origination and credit card compliance

• Background in financial investigations or prior work with regulatory agencies is a plus

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
