LHH is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Miami, FL. The major responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents; assisting with intellectual property, partnerships, and governance; and project management tasks associated with due diligence. You will be drafting, reviewing, analyzing, redlining, and negotiating employment contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and non-compete agreements; assisting with legal research, policy development, and records management; supporting entity formation/maintenance and dissolution, including ordering entity books, obtaining EINs, filing renewals online, and coordinating reminders in the contract database; maintaining contract forms and corporate records. Qualifications:
3+ years of corporate law experience, including contracts and NDAs
BA/BS required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
Solid understanding of local, state, and federal legal regulations regarding contracts
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
Corporate experience a must have.
Salary: $90,000-$95,000/yr.
