LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a great company in Miami, FL. If you are someone who is a self-starter with at least five years of high-level HR experience, this could be the perfect job for you. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience and and an understanding of all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, hiring, employee relations, and reporting for all employees
• Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits
• Assist with payroll, orientation, and offboarding
• Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
• Responsible for understanding all employment law
• Very hands on without delegating to others

Experience

• At least 3 years of HR Management experience and at least 7 total years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in the hospitality/food industry space a huge plus!

Skills

• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability
• Bilingual, preferred

Work Type

• Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm
• Onsite
• Compensation: $90-100k/year
